Grandparents Week 2026 — Pre-Registration (Free)

Completing this registration is your first step toward signing up for Grandparents Week 2026 events. Think of it as checking in before the fun begins — it’s free, takes just a minute, and opens the door to everything happening that week.

Why we’re collecting this information

Every year, we produce nametags for grandparents and grandchildren attending certain Grandparents Week events. In the past, gathering that information meant pulling attendee data from dozens of individual event signups, combining it all into one list, then manually removing duplicate entries — a process that took hours and was prone to error.

This year, we’re doing it differently. By collecting grandparent and grandchild information here, in one place, we can generate nametags quickly and accurately without that painstaking process. It’s a meaningful improvement, and your cooperation is what makes it possible.

How to fill this out

You’ll be asked to enter your name along with each grandchild’s name and age. If you’re bringing more than one grandchild, simply increase the quantity before checking out — there’s one set of fields per grandchild, and there’s no additional cost for adding more. We’d encourage you to include any grandchild who might participate this year, even if you’re not certain yet. It’s easy to add them here, and far less convenient to track down that information later.

Once you’ve filled in all grandchild information, please “check out” to complete registration. Even though this is a free registration, completing the checkout process is necessary.

Thinking about becoming a member?

Oakmont Grandparents Club members receive a discount on most Grandparents Week events — $7 per class instead of $10 — and get access to event registration a full week earlier than non-members, starting July 1 instead of July 8. As a non-member, your registration window opens on July 8 at 8:00 a.m.

A few important notes

• This registration is free. No payment is required, and registering additional grandchildren costs nothing.
• This is not an Oakmont Grandparents Club membership, and completing it does not make you a member.
• Completing this registration does not sign you up for any specific events. You’ll do that separately once registration opens for non-members on July 8 at 8:00 a.m.
