Roster Delivery & Pick-Up

Pick up attendance clipboards at Leslie’s front porch and deliver to each class ~15 minutes before it starts; return clipboards to the porch after class. Two helpers needed for each duty, each day, except Friday.

Class Hosts

Arrive 15 minutes early, sign in children, take photos for the year-end slideshow, assist the instructor, and help clean up. Great role for a grandparent attending with their grandchild. One host per class unless noted.

Bring water, give breaks. Second shift also holds end-of-line signs for the balloon man & face painter.

Family Picnic (Tuesday, July 28, 2026 · 5:00–7:30 p.m.)

Make sure kids remove shoes, manage how many are in the house, and keep the rules. Two needed per shift.
Games on Greensward — 6:30–7:00 (great for teens!)
Joining Margi Nielsen and Rhonda Greer. Four teen helpers needed for each role.
BBQ Station
One helper per shift.
Clean-Up — 7:30–8:00
